About the Role

Barton Associates Careers is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our Sales Support team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.



Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales Support team, including managing reports, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the office location, handling phone calls, emails, and visitor inquiries.
  • Assist with daily administrative tasks, such as printing, scanning, photocopying, and answering phones.
  • Track office attendance and daily phone time reports, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
  • Maintain the organization and cleanliness of all conference rooms and office areas, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Set up and process new hires, including coordinating with IT and outside vendors as needed.
  • Coordinate with IT to set up and maintain office equipment, including printers, copy machines, computers, and phones.
  • Special projects as needed, demonstrating adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • Proficiency with Microsoft or Google Suite, with a strong understanding of Google Sheets/Excel required.
  • Energetic and strong interpersonal skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Advanced organization and prioritization skills, with a strong sense of urgency and customer service.
  • Ability to multi-task in a high-stress environment, with adaptability and flexibility to support the organization's growth.
  • 0-2 years of work experience in an administrative setting, with a strong desire to learn and grow with the company.
