This position reports directly to the CEO and involves overseeing customer onboarding, support services, and overall client satisfaction.

Key Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in a leadership role focused on customer experience
  • Experience in venture-backed organizations
  • Strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service
  • Capability to thrive in ambiguous situations and deliver results autonomously
  • Knowledge of the Health, Safety, Environmental (HSE/EHS) sector is advantageous
