Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Technical Support Technician to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers, resolving complex technical issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and online channels
  • Resolve complex technical issues related to ATEN products and services
  • Collaborate with the development team to rectify persistent issues
  • Work with the management team to stay updated on product knowledge and company policies
  • Develop efficient methods for handling issues with larger revenue customers
  • Maintain customer database and process all pertinent paperwork and records
Requirements
  • General knowledge of ATEN/IOGEAR products and services
  • Strong technical knowledge of computers/servers
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong technical support skills
  • Strong knowledge of computer networking
  • Fluent in English - speaking and writing
  • Strong Troubleshooting skills
