Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an analytical customer support professional to work for a large life sciences company in Irvine, CA. This role will involve working a hybrid schedule, with on-site work 2-3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver customer support post-sale, focusing on order management, database maintenance, and ensuring accuracy for capital equipment hardware.
  • Utilize SAP and JDE systems to drive impactful processes for customer master data requests.
Requirements
  • 4-6+ years of customer service experience or sales support.
  • Knowledge or exposure to JDE, SAP, or similar systems.
  • Ability to work on-site in Irvine.
  • Bachelor's Degree with a strong analytical background.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
