Position Overview

AdvisaCare Healthcare Solutions, Inc. is in search of a proficient and committed Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to enhance our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) initiatives aimed at supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and various neurological or behavioral challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting comprehensive initial evaluations and functional behavior assessments to create personalized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Overseeing and mentoring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other personnel.
  • Collaborating with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic and coordinated treatment approach.
  • Tracking client progress and modifying treatment strategies as necessary.
  • Providing continuous support and direction to families and caregivers.
  • Keeping abreast of the latest research and best practices in the field of ABA.

Compensation Structure:

Clinicians working 42 hours per week or fewer will qualify for overtime compensation. Overtime pay will be calculated based on an average of the weekly pay rate. For those exceeding 42 hours, only overtime hours will be compensated.

Individual pay rates will be adjusted as follows:

  • 55-60% Productivity = $1.50 increase per hour
  • 60-65% Productivity = $3.00 increase per hour
  • 65% or More Productivity = $4.00 increase per hour

These increments apply to all hours worked, not solely billable time.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification from the BACB.
  • Experience with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental challenges.
  • Strong understanding of behavior analysis principles and methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to work effectively both independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
