Behavioral Support Technician

T.R.A.C. Therapy Research Autism Center is in search of dedicated and compassionate individuals to assist those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBIs) in achieving their fullest potential. This role is ideal for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), home healthcare providers, educators, and paraprofessionals who are eager to make a difference.

We offer comprehensive training to equip you with the skills necessary to excel as a Behavioral Support Technician. At T.R.A.C., we are committed to fostering both personal and professional development for our team members. We invite you to become part of our mission and gain valuable experience in this fulfilling field. A sign-on bonus is available.
Covid Compensation: An additional hourly rate of $2.25-$2.35, depending on location.

Position Details:
  • Part-time shifts available in the evenings from 3 PM to 8 PM.
  • Weekend work opportunities.

Requirements:
  • Completion of onboarding documentation.
  • Submission of a current resume.
  • Proof of a recent negative TB test.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of a high school diploma, with proof and transcripts required.
