Position Overview: The Lead ERP Systems Analyst is tasked with overseeing all facets of the ERP platform across multiple sites. This role involves collaborating closely with end users to pinpoint inefficiencies and implement enhancements to boost productivity, making necessary configuration adjustments, and providing training to users. Additionally, you will serve as a primary escalation point for support inquiries as required.


Key Responsibilities of the Lead ERP Systems Analyst:

  • Act as the leading authority on the Plex ERP system within the organization, directing the effective use of Plex and other vendors to maximize efficiency and streamline processes.
  • Develop, document, and optimize business procedures across all Plex modules in partnership with both plant and corporate stakeholders.
  • Ensure uniform compliance with established protocols across all facilities, striving for reliable and accurate outcomes.
  • Conduct research, assessment, testing, and implementation of enhancements to strengthen Plex ERP systems and operational workflows.
  • Actively facilitate and engage in problem-solving sessions and workshops.
  • Assist with EDI modification requests.
  • Promote collaboration with internal and external teams to improve Plex ERP effectiveness.
  • Employ industry-leading practices to boost efficiency across Plex ERP modules.
  • Provide support for the implementation and ongoing maintenance of MES Automation and Orchestration.


Required Qualifications of the Lead ERP Systems Analyst:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP End User Support, Platform Enhancement, and Administration.
  • Experience in a manufacturing setting.
  • Practical experience with the administration and deployment of Plex MES Automation and Orchestration.


Preferred Qualifications of the Lead ERP Systems Analyst:

  • Hands-on experience with administering and deploying Plex MES Automation and Orchestration.
  • Data visualization skills using Power BI or similar tools.
  • Excellent communication abilities and capacity to convey ideas to leadership team members.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
