Job Title: Registered Behavior Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at Early Autism Services. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in providing personalized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Provide direct one-on-one support to individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Collect and analyze data to track individual progress and make data-driven decisions
  • Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure consistent and effective implementation of interventions
  • Communicate regularly with parents, caregivers, and other stakeholders to provide updates on progress and address concerns
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of sessions and progress reports
  • Attend regular supervision and training sessions to enhance professional development

Requirements:

  • Registered Behavior Technician certification per the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
  • BCBA student preferred but not required
  • Must have a minimum of a high school diploma or GED
  • Must have a valid driver's license, maintain automobile insurance, and have reliable transportation
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Must be 18 years of age or older at time of hire

Physical Requirements:
