Position: Reintegration RBT
Compensation: $24.50/hr*
*Salary is dependent on relevant experience, certifications, education, and proficiency in a second language.

Key Responsibilities:
- Gather precise and comprehensive data on student progress and behavior.
- Execute individualized ABA treatment plans created by the BCBA.
- Maintain top-tier QBS training to comply with Michigan regulations regarding safety, emergency seclusion, and restraint, especially for students with a history of significant aggression.
- Implement an integrative resource program for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), ensuring smooth coordination and resource sharing among all team members to enhance student support and progress.
- Collaborate with the team to assess client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid RBT certification
- Appropriate automobile insurance with coverage limits allowing for work-related travel and the ability to visit multiple locations
- Must pass IChat background check
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
- Diverse work settings, including classrooms, clinics, and home environments
- Noise levels may vary from moderate to loud, with physical demands that can differ
- Experience working with individuals exhibiting a range of behaviors and needs
