Key Responsibilities:

Sales Performance:

  • Achieves sales targets by employing effective sales techniques and sharing product knowledge with customers.
  • Advises customers on merchandise selections and assists in locating desired products.
  • Stays informed about current promotions and maintains visual merchandising standards.
  • Ensures adherence to merchandise handling and presentation protocols as directed by management.

Customer Service Excellence:

  • Embodies and promotes the principles of outstanding personal service, ensuring a seamless omni-channel experience.
  • Addresses customer inquiries and resolves concerns promptly.
  • Facilitates a smooth checkout process, remaining knowledgeable about payment policies and procedures.
  • Encourages customer participation in loyalty programs and builds lasting relationships through personalized service.

Operational Support:

  • Assists in maintaining store inventory levels and supports replenishment efforts.
  • Contributes to visual merchandising initiatives, including store layout and signage.
  • Helps maintain cleanliness and organization within the boutique.

Team Collaboration:

  • Fosters a collaborative environment that encourages problem-solving and teamwork.
  • Actively seeks opportunities for personal growth and welcomes constructive feedback.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous retail or sales experience is preferred.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Able to adapt to technology utilized by the company.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
  • Regular attendance is crucial to meet operational needs, with flexibility to work various shifts.

Physical Requirements:

  • Frequent walking and standing throughout the shift.
  • Occasional lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
