Position Summary:


A Visual Merchandising Specialist collaborates with various clients of Winston Retail to enhance their in-store visibility by efficiently moving inventory to the sales floor.

The primary focus will be on product arrangement, restocking, and maintaining store presentation by adhering to visual guidelines and directives. You will be responsible for capturing images and generating reports for each visit through Winston's proprietary application - Wintell. In this role, you may work autonomously or as part of a collaborative team, as needed.

Compensation:
$16-18/hour (Compensation varies based on factors such as position, location, qualifications, and experience)

Communication Skills:
Visual Merchandising Specialists must communicate effectively with store staff and provide clear and concise reports.

Technical Proficiency:
A smartphone is necessary for reporting; tablets are not recommended. For iOS users, an iPhone 6 or newer with iOS 12.0 or higher is preferred. For Android users, devices should be no older than 5 years and updated to Android OS 9.0 or higher.


Qualifications:

Experience Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a department, specialty, or retail environment
  • Previous roles as a stock or sales associate in apparel, accessories, or footwear sectors
  • Ability to interpret and execute project directives and substitute products when necessary
