Key Responsibilities:

  • Location Identification: Scout and secure prime Partner locations to maximize service delivery.
  • Resource Management: Oversee inventory effectively to support enrollment specialists in achieving their goals.
  • Talent Acquisition: Identify, recruit, and onboard qualified candidates for enrollment specialist positions.
  • Training and Development: Deliver thorough training focused on product knowledge and compliance.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry regulations to maintain operational integrity.
  • Quality Control: Implement measures to guarantee accuracy in the enrollment process.
  • Performance Enhancement: Assess and improve the performance of enrollment specialists through constructive feedback.
  • Auditing and Reporting: Conduct audits and maintain detailed reports for accountability.
  • Team Development: Cultivate a high-performing team culture.
  • Logistical Coordination: Manage all logistical elements of the enrollment process efficiently.
