Job Overview

At Applied Innovation, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet Sales Targets: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Utilize your skills to generate new leads and appointments through various channels, including onsite prospecting and industry events.
  • Market Share Growth: Develop and execute strategies to increase market share by adding new clients and consistently closing business.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on document imaging products and services, and maintain a strong knowledge base to effectively communicate with clients.
  • Culture Development: Foster a positive and productive work environment within Applied Innovation and our clients' organizations.

Requirements:

  • Highly Motivated Individual: Self-managed and driven to achieve sales goals.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent presentation, organization, and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Passion for Learning: A passion for learning about and using technology to drive business growth.
  • Education: A 4-year business or communications degree.
