Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our outreach team, you will play a vital role in driving success by fostering relationships, engaging communities, and implementing outreach strategies to generate referrals and promote our treatment programs.
Responsibilities
- Relationship Building and Partnerships:
- Identify, establish, and maintain relationships with key potential referral partners.
- Generate referrals from client acquisition sources.
- Act as a liaison for external marketing campaigns and advertisements.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with local, state, and federal agencies, employers, and other stakeholders to develop patient access to treatment.
- Community Engagement and Education:
- Develop in-depth knowledge of Amatus Health's service offerings and remove barriers for clients to enter treatment.
- Educate community and engage referral partners through on-the-ground business development.
- Manage relationships, educate market, and grow market share into Amatus Health's treatment programs.
- Strategic Planning:
- Follow strategic planning outlined by Director and organize and execute marketing initiatives.
- Identify relevant trends and market opportunities to maximize referral volume to increase market share.
- Develop and implement outreach activities, execute market integration plans, and identify target points.
- Communication and Documentation:
- Serve as a community face of organization at meetings and special events.
- Maintain accurate documentation via CRM for contact management, trend analysis, and reporting.
Requirements
- Proven ability to achieve sales or business development objectives.
- Active knowledge of addiction medicine/behavioral health industry/markets.
- Outgoing personality, ability to connect and engage people openly and build rapport.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with various teams.
- Ability to travel when needed and flexibility in scheduling.
- Excellent communication skills, time management, and ability to utilize reporting and CRM software platforms.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Educational Background: Associate Degree or equivalent experience (Required). Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related equivalent experience (Preferred).
