  • Compensation range: $60,000 to $75,000

Key Responsibilities:

In the capacity of Showroom Manager, you will have the chance to drive and develop your showroom as if it were your own enterprise.

  • Oversee all operational aspects within the showroom to ensure sustainable financial growth, including payroll management, performance metrics, and business development.
  • Coordinate, monitor, and execute client appointments effectively.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage all showroom personnel, including Indochino staff assisting in the showroom.
  • Enhance new client appointment numbers through collaboration with the marketing team, aiming to expand the VIP customer base.
  • Manage vendor relationships with local tailoring services.
  • Support marketing initiatives for events or additional client activities in the showroom and represent Indochino at local public relations events.
  • Ensure product merchandising provides clients with an exceptional Indochino experience, maximizing both Average Order Value (AOV) and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with Client Service to enhance client experiences and relay feedback for operational improvements.
  • Propose innovative ideas, initiatives, and enhancements to existing functions, taking full control of showroom operations.
  • Contribute to scaling retail efforts by sharing best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Retail Management, preferably with prior experience running a store.
  • Confidence in making critical business decisions.
  • Driven by sales and performance metrics.
  • Ability to execute tasks autonomously while adhering to timelines and expectations.
  • Strong market connections that facilitate future business opportunities and local brand awareness.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management capabilities.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a strong solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure and lead a team in high-energy situations.
  • Proficient in multitasking and managing time independently.
  • Adaptability to changing work demands.
  • Strong proficiency in iOS-based applications and products.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and other Microsoft Office programs.
  • Availability to work on weekends.
