Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Showroom Coordinator to join our team at Brilliant Earth. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing showroom operations, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Create memorable and personalized experiences for customers by providing exceptional service and creating a welcoming environment in our showroom.
  • Showroom Operations: Manage the security of goods, facilitate order fulfillment, and maintain a luxury environment in the showroom.
  • Inventory Management: Send and receive product from our headquarters and external vendors, reconcile inventory, and maintain an organized packaging area.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain visual merchandising standards, including planogram maintenance and updates, seasonal roll-outs, decor and signage maintenance.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience and provide support as needed.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Skills: Robust customer service skills and experience working in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to think critically.
