Your Responsibilities
  • Cultivate a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for both customers and team members, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all.
  • Provide comprehensive training and guidance to Store Associates, empowering them to excel in their roles and contribute to the achievement of production goals.
  • Lead and oversee various in-store operations during each shift, upholding the highest standards of brand representation and customer service.
  • Maintain a smooth and efficient flow on the sales floor, ensuring optimal product presentation and customer navigation.
  • Collaborate with your team to ensure accurate product merchandising and maintain a visually appealing store environment.
  • Champion food safety protocols, upholding strict hygiene standards and promoting a safe working environment.
  • Contribute to achieving sales objectives and maintaining compliance with store policies and loss prevention measures.
  • Participate actively in team meetings, sharing insights, addressing concerns, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our operations.
Your Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a premium retail setting or a fast-paced customer-focused environment, preferably within the food industry.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships.
  • Demonstrated reliability and flexibility with scheduling, including availability to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
  • A genuine passion for chocolate and the Läderach brand.
