We are seeking a skilled Midmarket Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team at On The Stage. As an SDR, you will be responsible for qualifying and nurturing leads within our target market segments to drive revenue growth.

We are a dynamic company revolutionizing the intersection of technology and the arts. Our end-to-end SaaS platform includes a comprehensive online ticketing system, public-facing promotional sites, configurable engagement features, live capture and streaming software, and fundraising campaigns.

Your Role and Responsibilities

">

You will qualify inbound leads generated by marketing efforts and outbound prospecting activities to identify potential opportunities for the sales team. Conduct thorough research on prospects to understand their organization, challenges, and goals.

Initiate contact with key decision-makers via phone, email, and social media to schedule introductory meetings and product demonstrations. Engage prospects in consultative conversations to uncover their pain points related to ticketing, marketing, and fundraising processes.

Articulate the value proposition of On The Stage's solutions and demonstrate how they can address the prospect's specific needs and drive revenue growth. Collaborate closely with Account Executives to transition qualified leads into the sales pipeline and ensure a smooth handoff process.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with prospects in Salesforce.com. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified lead generation and pipeline contribution. Target key accounts and work strategically to multi-thread contacts at larger theatre organizations.

Salary and Benefits

">

A competitive $90,000 - $120,000 per year salary based on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth. You will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about supporting the performing arts community.

Requirements

">
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage prospects in meaningful conversations.">
  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales development or similar role, preferably in a SaaS environment.">
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding targets and quotas.">
  • Strong ability to conduct research and identify key decision-makers within target accounts.">
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex concepts and articulate them effectively to prospects.">
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.">
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com or similar CRM tools.">
  • Passion for the performing arts and a genuine interest in supporting the community.">
