Theatre Sales Executive Opportunity

The successful candidate will be responsible for closing new business, driving revenue, and building strategic relationships with small to medium-sized theatres and schools. This is a mid-level position that requires experience in consultative sales, solution selling, and value-based selling. You will work closely with our customers to understand their pain points, offer tailored solutions, and drive revenue growth. Our comprehensive online ticketing system, public-facing promotional sites, configurable engagement features, live capture and streaming software, and fundraising campaigns will provide you with the tools to deliver exceptional results.

On The Stage provides an all-in-one online SaaS platform designed for community, educational, and independent theatre makers. Our platform offers a comprehensive online ticketing system, public-facing promotional sites, configurable engagement features, live capture and streaming software, and fundraising campaigns. Your Role and Responsibilities:
We are looking for a skilled Sales Executive to join our team and drive revenue growth in the SMB market. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Closing new business and driving revenue through consultative demonstrations and meetings with prospects and their decision-makers/stakeholders.
- Qualifying SDR-driven and self-created opportunities to negotiate and close new business and drive revenue for On The Stage.
- Consulting with potential customers to identify pain points in their current ticketing, marketing, and fundraising processes to improve their efficiencies and drive revenue growth.
- Driving revenue by effectively addressing the client's business needs, offering appropriate solutions, creating urgency, and closing accounts over phone/Zoom meetings.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1+ years of experience in SDR, AE, or similar position at a Saas company with demonstrated track record of achieving quotas.
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and time management skills.
- Ability to initiate, establish, and nurture meaningful business relationships over the phone and in virtual meetings.
- Ability to offer consultative solutions tailored to the prospect's specific needs.
- Flexibility and adaptability to change in a highly dynamic work environment.
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to your base salary, you will also receive benefits such as health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to grow your career, develop new skills, and earn bonuses based on your performance.
Location:
We are a remote-first company, which means that you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere. However, occasional travel to our offices or client locations may be required. We welcome applicants from all locations within the US.
