Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Support Specialist to join our team at Tyler Technologies. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our clients, ensuring their software issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level diagnosis and troubleshooting to resolve complex software issues.
  • Offer inbound phone, web, or email support to clients, ensuring their inquiries and problems are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Utilize Tyler's client management system to track and update client issue details.
  • Collaborate with development and implementation teams to resolve client issues.
  • Perform quality assurance testing for software module upgrades and changes.
  • Develop and deliver training to client end-users via phone or webinar.
  • Contribute to the company's knowledge library and Tyler Community.
  • Mentor new staff members to ensure they receive guidance and support.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to make sound decisions and solve complex problems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in relational databases and SQL.
  • Experience with.NET framework and related technologies.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and software development tools.
