Job Title: Software Support Specialist

At Tyler Technologies, we are seeking a highly skilled Software Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients, ensuring their software needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert technical support via phone, email, or web to resolve client inquiries and issues.
  • Analyze data reports, forms, and web technologies to identify and resolve issues.
  • Utilize SQL programming skills to troubleshoot and resolve moderate issues.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Use Tyler's client management system to track and update client issue details.
  • Assist with writing estimates for software modification specifications and documentation of support processes.
  • Submit client issues to the development team for resolution as needed.
  • Perform Quality Assurance testing for software module upgrades/changes.
  • Provide training to client end-users via webinars.
  • Contribute to the company knowledge library and Tyler Community.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 12 months of experience in an Associate Software Support Specialist position or a similar role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of database structures and SQL programming.
  • Experience with.NET framework and related technologies.
  • Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office.
