Software Support Specialist

Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective software support to clients, resolving issues and answering questions related to our products and databases.
  • Analyze data reports, forms, and web technologies to identify and troubleshoot issues.
  • Determine the best course of action to resolve client issues, either personally or by referring to a more experienced team member.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear and concise information to meet their needs and expectations.
  • Use Tyler's client management system to track and update client issue details.
  • Assist with writing estimates for software modification specifications and documentation of support processes.
  • Perform Quality Assurance testing for software module upgrades/changes, analyzing results to ensure software performs as required.
  • Enhance documentation throughout the support process to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot basic to moderate issues.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
