Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Specialist to join our team at Regal Rexnord. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing accounts and driving profitable sales growth in the Commercial HVAC, Pump, and General Industry markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively drive revenue through existing customer base
  • Execute and create calling campaigns to nurture prospect customers into new account relationships and expanded revenue streams
  • Create and drive execution of new growth opportunities, while maintaining an active sales funnel in CRM
  • Develop and sustain Sales Plans by account for motors and product solutions to meet/exceed business targets
  • Build strategic relationships and business performance metrics at established accounts, ensuring Regal Rexnord as the customer's preferred supplier
  • Prepare and drive action plans for status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, customer needs, and adherence to goals
  • Collaborate with territory and distribution sales teams to ensure leads are properly assigned and conversion from opportunity to revenue is optimized
  • Attend product and process training while committing to self-study to enhance product and industry knowledge
  • Ensure reports and other intelligence or insight is provided to the sales and marketing organization
  • Build sales funnel and lead data in CRM, deliver funnel audits providing key business insights: typical reporting relates to Demand Generation, Pipeline Forecast and Trends, Conversion Rates, Target Account, Market Segmentation, Win/Loss, Age
  • Manage and implement sales forecasting establishing high levels of accuracy and process consistency for the sales and marketing organization
  • Work closely with colleagues on cross-territory opportunities and other internal teams on marketing materials and cause studies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in business or engineering, or equivalent work experience
  • Strong/passionate customer focus
  • Ability to engage and build value-based relationships at all levels and functions within customer and internal teams
  • Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong computer skills – Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Teams)
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in a customer-facing role
  • Experience working with 80/20, CRM, and Power BI
