Inside Sales Representative Job Description

AMSOIL INC. is seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our Industrial team. This role is perfect for individuals looking to advance their career in sales and account management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and qualify customer leads through research, cold-calling, and lead generation.
  • Manage and grow a base of business consisting of new and existing accounts.
  • Train new Industrial employees on CRM usage, key department metrics, and the AMSOIL sales process.
  • Closely partner with marketing groups to create sales collateral and tradeshow content.
  • Give presentations to prospects, customers, and AMSOIL team members.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a sales, business, marketing, or relevant field.
  • 2 or more years of related experience in industrial sales, including sales, field-based technical support, and/or lead generation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
  • Motivated and self-starter with strong interpersonal and professional communication skills.
