Your Responsibilities:In this essential position, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer experiences and initiating our sales process. - Convert incoming warm leads into sales appointments for our in-store consultants.
- Respond promptly to all online inquiries and live chats through calls, emails, and texts.
- Identify and route repeat customers and non-sales inquiries to the appropriate internal teams.
- Manage your sales pipeline with follow-up reminders and appointment logs.
- Competitive hourly wage of $15, plus uncapped commissions (Average Pay: $50,000-75,000 Annually).
- 1-2 weeks of fully paid training.
