Inside Sales Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to join our team at Find Great People | FGP. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for proactively engaging with new and existing customers to establish and build relationships, hunt for new business, and develop strategic growth strategies to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow customer relationships
  • Utilize CRM and E-Commerce Tools to manage customer interactions and sales processes
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop sales plans
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success
  • High School Diploma or GED or equivalent required
  • Experience in the building products industry preferred
  • Ability to pass drug test and background verifications
