Telecommunications Relationship Manager

As a Regional Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our high-value property clients, establishing and maintaining strong relationships with property managers, acting as a consultative resource, addressing and resolving issues, and strategically managing contract renewals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance client relationships and increase revenue growth.
- Act as the primary point of contact for property managers to address and resolve any service-related requests promptly and effectively.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure timely contract renewals, maximizing revenue and client retention.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with property managers to keep them informed of updates, promotions, and new services that may benefit their properties.
- Prepare regular reports on client engagement, issue resolution, and contract renewals to provide insights for strategic decision-making
