Insurance Relationship Manager

This Client Service Specialist role involves working closely with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and goals. As a key member of the Chad Fields - State Farm Agent team, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance customer experiences and driving revenue growth through effective product placement and recommendation.
Your day-to-day activities will include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex matters to senior team members when necessary. You will also collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that meet or exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with customers, leveraging data-driven insights to tailor recommendations and drive sales growth.
- Communicate clearly and concisely with customers, addressing their questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Prioritize tasks effectively, meeting deadlines and managing competing demands within a fast-paced environment.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a dynamic, customer-facing environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations to drive business growth.
- Knowledge of insurance products and services is an asset.
Compensation and Benefits:
The estimated annual salary for this position is $70,000 - $90,000, depending on experience and performance. In addition to a competitive salary, you will enjoy benefits such as license reimbursement, bonus opportunities, paid time off, and training and development programs.
