About This Opportunity
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of Martin Automotive Group's Service Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions, ensuring smooth communication processes, and working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve departmental goals.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and engage with customers, gathering relevant information to address their needs
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers, fostering trust and loyalty
- Collaborate with service advisors to identify and recommend necessary repairs and maintenance
- Communicate clearly and concisely with customers regarding repairs, estimates, and billing
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks, maintaining high levels of productivity and efficiency
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a related field (customer service, sales, or automotive industry)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Dealertrack and Xtime software (or similar systems)
