The Surety Account Executive manages and retains a portfolio of existing clients while supporting new business development. This role involves acting as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring accurate transaction processing, and maintaining compliance with agency and department procedures. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
  1. Managing client relationships, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and invoicing.
  2. Maintaining accurate client data in the Agency Management System.
  3. Supporting sales efforts by processing new client transactions and documentation.
  4. Collaborating with prospects to evaluate needs, complete bond forms, and facilitate new business placement.
  5. Serving as the primary contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring retention and satisfaction.

Qualifications:
3-5+ years of hands-on experience with surety bonds, including client servicing.Active P&C license required.Proficiency in agency management software (Applied Systems and Tinubu preferred).Strong time management, multitasking, attention to detail and organizational skills.Expert-level skills in Microsoft Office applications.Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.Customer service excellence with a problem-solving mindset.High school diploma or GED required; 2-year degree preferred.Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year.
