Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in a full-time capacity. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of ABA, including comprehensive intervention development and implementation for children and adolescents.
Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for building and designing a comprehensive ABA and parent training program for young children and adolescents. They will also oversee clinic operations to ensure efficacy and efficiency of all aspects of service delivery, foster a positive team culture, and supervise and mentor the Autism Service Team.
