ABA Program Supervisor

Bright Achievements, a leading provider of in-home and center-based ABA services, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in New Jersey. This is a competitive hourly rate or full-time position with opportunities for career advancement and growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct initial and ongoing in-home client assessments, including ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, Vineland, and AFLS.
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans and train paraprofessionals/RBTs in the delivery of 1:1 ABA services.
- Supervise and manage staff efforts to address behavioral excesses and deficits, and evaluate program performance.
- Provide ABA training for parents and caregivers, and manage electronic data on client progress using Rethink.
- Build strong relationships with parents and caregivers, and adapt ABA procedures to meet their needs.
- Master's Degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
- Current BCBA certification.
- Strong interpersonal and writing skills, with the ability to work well with others and be an effective part of a treatment team.
- 1+ years of experience working with children on the autism spectrum preferred.
