Job Title: BCBA Supervisor
Job Summary:
Bright Achievements is a leading provider of in-home and center-based ABA services. We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead our team in providing high-quality ABA services to clients across New Jersey. This is an excellent opportunity for career advancement and growth with a competitive hourly rate or full-time position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial and continuing in-home client assessments, including ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, Vineland, and AFLS
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans
- Train and supervise paraprofessionals and RBTs in the delivery of 1:1 ABA services
- Manage and evaluate staff efforts to address behavioral excesses and deficits
- Supervise ongoing ABA programs and adjust as necessary
- Provide ABA training for parents and caregivers
- Manage electronic data regarding client progress using Rethink
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Current BCBA certification
- Strong interpersonal and writing skills
- Ability to work well with others and be an effective part of a treatment team
- 1+ years of experience working with children on the autism spectrum preferred
