Exciting Opportunity for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team at a well-established, multi-disciplinary clinic. This is a full-time role that offers a hybrid work environment, allowing for a balance between working from home and our state-of-the-art sensory clinic.

About the Company

Our client is a therapist-owned private pediatric outpatient clinic located in the Raleigh-Durham area, offering a range of services including Speech Therapy, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Psychological evaluations, and ABA services to children with various diagnoses. We prioritize a collaborative, evidence-based approach to therapy, focusing on improving the quality of life for every client.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive ABA and parent training programs for children and adolescents
  • Oversee clinic operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery
  • Foster a positive team culture and promote organizational morale
  • Supervise and mentor the Autism Service Team, including setting performance expectations and evaluating team performance

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • 3 years of experience in ABA, including development and implementation of comprehensive interventions for children and adolescents
  • 1 year of supervisory experience with BT or RBTs (preferred)
  • Skilled in mentoring and supporting a team in an intensive treatment setting
  • Self-motivated and dedicated to achieving results
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Positive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Collaborative team player with a commitment to supporting a positive work culture
