Research Analyst II

Duke University is seeking a highly skilled Research Analyst II to join the Center for Advanced Hindsight (CAH). As a key member of our research team, you will contribute to the design, implementation, and analysis of studies in behavioral science.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead research studies, including designing experiments, collecting and analyzing data, and drawing conclusions.
- Conduct literature reviews to identify gaps and generate new hypotheses.
- Develop and implement research protocols for lab and field experiments.
- Provide support to research studies, including programming studies in Qualtrics and creating study materials.
- Manage relationships with partners and sponsors, including identifying opportunities for new research and ensuring partner expectations are met.
- Bachelor's degree in a field related to the position, with a Master's degree strongly preferred.
- 3-6 years of research experience since earning a bachelor's degree.
- Strong understanding of behavioral science principles and research processes.
- Ability to speak and write coherently, with fluency in English and Spanish languages.
