Job Title: Guest Services Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Guest Services Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Guest Services Department, ensuring that all staff members are trained and prepared to meet guest expectations. This role requires excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train Guest Services staff to ensure excellent customer service and quality expectations are met.
  • Assist in maintaining knowledge of current rates, accommodations, and activities to provide accurate information to guests.
  • Receive, record, and input membership and in-house transactions using hospitality software.
  • Check guests in and out, ensuring timely and efficient resolution of guest issues and complaints.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure an excellent guest experience.
  • Perform other duties as requested.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Front Desk/Concierge Clerk, including cash handling procedures.
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred.
  • Basic accounting knowledge and proficiency in handling money and keeping records.
  • Strong verbal, written, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work weekends and flexible scheduling.

Physical Requirements:

This position requires the ability to stand for prolonged periods of time and may involve walking, sitting, reaching, kneeling, and lifting up to 15 pounds.
