About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor to join our Banquet team at Invited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service and quality in our banquet operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and performance manage banquet service personnel to maintain a well-trained staff adhering to Invited service standards.
  • Implement training programs, including required training and Star Service, to ensure staff meet service excellence and drive Member satisfaction and retention.
  • Communicate with Private Event Directors to ensure correct staffing and execution of events.
  • Ensure service of food and beverage to Members and guests, adhering to Invited standards of service and excellence.
  • Oversee events/banquets and ensure food is served on time, communicate with hosts to ensure standards are met, and collect payment for events.
  • Ensure break down and set up of rooms, utilizing function books for information.
  • Start opening procedures for areas in the Banquet department.
  • Record additional information or tasks to be forwarded to the next shift in the MOD log.
  • Provide a Warm Welcome by greeting Members promptly by name.
  • Ensure side work is completed, as outlined in Star Service expectations.
  • Assist fellow Employees, Members, and guests to ensure delivery of the 3 steps of service.
  • Notify supervisors of Member/Guest complaints and rectify, practicing service recovery.
  • Complete additional duties as assigned.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • 2+ years of experience in Club supervisory or related field in the Food & Beverage Industry.
  • Completion of STAR Service Training and alcohol certification, CPR Certification preferred, Food Safety Program (FSP), and have completed appropriate conduct training.
  • Professional indoor office/Club environment.
