Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential leads and target relevant industries/verticals
- Engage with potential clients through research, creativity, and analysis to craft and deliver tailored prospecting emails, phone calls, and social media messaging
- Qualify leads, both inbound and outbound, based on predetermined criteria to set up appointments for the sales team
- Build and maintain a pipeline of leads through consistent follow-up and relationship-building efforts
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies to ensure a seamless handoff process between teams
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments
- Leverage technology stack (ex. Hubspot, ZoomInfo, etc.) to maintain high internal data quality
- Interest in the field of professional sales and selling
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Comfortable with cold outreach - calling, emailing, on-site visits, etc.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential clients
- Willing to learn and be coached - we will mentor, develop, and train you
- Experience in sales is a plus, not required
