Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Account Manager to join our team at Amcor Rigid Packaging. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth and profitability in our healthcare division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain account strategies to drive growth and profitability in assigned healthcare accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the healthcare industry
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the healthcare market
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute account plans
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or account management in the healthcare industry
  • Proven track record of success in driving growth and profitability in assigned accounts
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
