Healthcare Account Manager

The Account Manager I, Physician & Leadership leads the account management function for the division by driving business growth plans, participating in central initiatives and implementing action plans for developing and engaging team members to increase fill rate, market share, revenue, and profitability of the division and AMN Healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides comprehensive education for new and current Interim Leaders and Physicians on all AMN policies and procedures.
- Initiates interim engagement processes to prepare the Interim Leader or Physician for their first day at the client organization.
- Applies systems and processes to accurately document engagement details.
- Communicates with and supports Interim Leaders and Physicians throughout their engagement to ensure success for the Interim Leader.
- Researches and resolves one-off Interim Leader/Physician issues that may arise during their assignment, in a professional customer service manner.
- Assists in special projects and other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Associate's Degree plus 0-2 years of work experience OR High School Diploma/GED plus 2-4 years of work experience.
- Experience in sales or account management.
Work Environment:
- Work is performed in an office/home office environment.
- Team Members must have the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.
