Position Overview:

FOCUS Broadband is on the lookout for a dedicated Part-Time Client Support Specialist to enhance our exceptional team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact between FOCUS Broadband and our valued customers. Your attention to detail and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service will be crucial for success in this position. FOCUS Broadband is committed to serving the community by addressing our clients' communication needs through our call center and retail locations. Responsibilities include processing credit applications and facilitating new service activations or modifications to existing accounts.

This role entails a comprehensive training program that will equip you with the necessary skills to excel. Flexibility in scheduling is essential, as you may be required to work during our operational hours.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with new, existing, and prospective customers via phone or in our retail locations.
  • Provide detailed explanations of all FOCUS Broadband products and services, tailoring recommendations based on customer inquiries.
  • Conduct customer verifications, including credit assessments for new clients.
  • Initiate service requests for both new and existing customers.
  • Address customer concerns by identifying the issue, determining the underlying cause, and implementing effective solutions.
  • Achieve or surpass productivity targets, including customer interactions, service orders processed, and product sales.
Qualifications:
  • A High School diploma is mandatory.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 6 months experience in a call center, customer service, or a related field is required.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.
