Position Overview

The Customer Relations Representative is essential in delivering an outstanding experience for our Planet Fitness members, potential members, and visitors.

  • Warmly welcome members, potential members, and guests, ensuring top-notch customer service.
  • Handle front desk responsibilities, including answering inquiries, checking in members, enrolling new members, and providing facility tours.
  • Make necessary updates to member accounts.
  • Promptly and professionally address member questions and concerns, escalating issues when required.
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the facility.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Basic proficiency in computer operations.
  • A genuine interest in fitness and health.
  • Exhibit a positive and enthusiastic demeanor.
  • Reliability and punctuality are essential.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, aiming to exceed member expectations.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended durations.

Employees at franchise locations are employed by the Franchisee, not PFHQ (the Franchisor). PFHQ does not oversee labor matters for franchisees but ensures adherence to local, state, and federal regulations.
