Compensation:
$45 – $55/hr DOE

Job Overview:
The Nurse Manager is responsible for overseeing the nursing staff and patient care coordinators within the organization. This role is essential in facilitating and coordinating safe, high-quality clinical care, treatment, and workflows in collaboration with senior management and other clinical leaders.

Key Relationships:
- Reports to the Director of Clinical Services
- Supervises Nursing and Patient Care Coordination staff
- Oversees the Immunization Coordinator

Core Responsibilities:
1. Manage the Nursing and Patient Care Coordination teams, including hiring, coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
2. Ensure adequate staffing resources are recruited, trained, and assessed for competency, including per diem staff.
3. Oversee the scheduling and coverage of nursing and patient care coordination staff to guarantee sufficient coverage during operational hours.
4. Manage departmental budgets, monitor overtime, and ensure timely completion of timesheets.
5. Collaborate with the Medical Assistant Manager on orientation and clinical competency education for nursing and care coordination staff.
6. Coordinate and implement new clinical services or enhancements within the health center.
7. Actively participate in various committees, including Quality Improvement, Operations, Safety, Infection Prevention and Control, and Corporate Compliance.
8. Supervise the Immunization Program and ensure clinical staff meet competency requirements.
9. Oversee clinical operations, including medical supplies and equipment management.

Qualifications:
Education:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 to 4 years of management experience required; BSN preferred.
- Current RN License in New Hampshire is mandatory.
- Must hold a valid BLS Certification.

Experience:
- Community health experience is preferred.
- Understanding of compliance requirements and responsibility for clinical tracking reporting.

Skills:
- Ability to delegate tasks effectively.
- Basic computer skills for utilizing software tracking systems.
- Strong decision-making and independent working capabilities.
- Experience in team building and coaching.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and a solid clinical knowledge base.
