Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Clinical Decision Unit


About the Role:


As a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Clinical Decision Unit (CDU) at Catholic Medical Center, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care to patients who require further evaluation but do not require immediate hospital admission. You will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to making a positive impact on the experience of our patients.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assess patients' physical and psychosocial status through interview, examination, and review of clinical data
  • Employ critical thinking skills to solve problems and achieve patient outcomes
  • Demonstrate proficiency in assessing, responding, and adapting plan of care to meet the needs of the patient population
  • Serve as a mentor for your team and contribute to the development of nursing staff
  • Participate in clinical committees to drive exceptional care and create positive outcomes for patients


Requirements:


  • 1+ years of experience as a RN
  • Current unencumbered RN license in the State of NH
  • American Heart Association BLS certification required
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing preferred
  • BSN strongly preferred
