The ISO Program Coordinator/Training Specialist is a master's level clinical expert responsible for overseeing clinicians, case managers, and parent aides while facilitating and coordinating staff training initiatives. This role ensures the effective execution of all in-home treatment strategies and programming for clients assigned to the team.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in social work, psychology, education, or a related discipline focused on human services.
  • A minimum of two years in a supervisory or management capacity.
  • At least two years of relevant clinical experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults.
  • Licensure is preferred but not mandatory for this position (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, MLADC).
  • Proficiency in online records and billing software, as well as Microsoft Office applications.
  • Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation are required.
  • Willingness to travel within the state.
  • May involve managing a small caseload of ISO cases.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Supervising and supporting clinicians and assigned case managers.
  • Documenting all supervisory activities promptly.
  • Participating in treatment or community meetings as necessary to provide support for staff.
  • Collaborating with the Program Director to assess and evaluate staff performance within the designated region.
  • Providing Performance Improvement Plans to staff when needed.
  • Ensuring the proper execution of in-home treatment plans, assessments, and interventions.
  • Engaging with local DCYF and JJ offices to enhance communication and build referral networks.
