- Seeking an RN with a minimum of 2 years of progressive management or leadership experience to guide a dynamic nursing team
- Preference for an RN with experience in Primary Care, Internal Medicine, or Outpatient/Ambulatory settings
- Valid RN License in NH
- Preferred 5+ years of clinical experience
- Preferred 2 or more years in a leadership role such as Supervisor/Coordinator, Assistant Nurse Manager, or similar
- BSN Degree is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with underserved populations is advantageous
