We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursing Supervisor to join our team at Eastern Connecticut Health Network. - Represent the organization in a positive and professional manner, adhering to our values and mission.
- In the absence of the Administrator and/or designee, assume the authority and responsibility for administrative decisions and notification of the Administrator-on-Call.
- Bachelor's Degree or currently enrolled in such a program.
- A current Registered Nurse license from the State of Connecticut is required.
- Certification is highly desirable.
- Clinical and managerial competency must be retained for the area of assignment, including Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS).
- At least three (3) years of nursing experience in an acute care setting with demonstrated leadership potential.
- Able to communicate effectively in English – both verbally and in writing.
- Basic computer skills in WORD, EXCEL, and OUTLOOK are necessary.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Knowledge of healthcare policies and procedures.
- Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.
