Position Overview:

The role of the Customer Success Manager is pivotal in executing our market strategy and setting us apart from competitors.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new clients and their projects.
  • Enhance customer experiences to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Oversee the initiation of customer projects and manage their progress.
  • Lead and mentor Customer Experience Representatives.

Our goal is to strengthen partnerships with existing clients while fostering initial engagement with prospective customers.


Essential Duties:
  • Direct strategic commercial initiatives for Blue Chip Group.
  • Oversee the Stage Gate Process to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Collaborate closely with Research & Development to facilitate the transfer of new products from development to market.
  • Plan, execute, and finalize commercialization projects effectively.
  • Support collaboration among various functional teams within the organization.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to guarantee successful project delivery.
  • Ensure consistent process collaboration across the organization.
  • Champion high-quality outputs and results.
  • Prepare for and lead key management reviews and presentations.
  • Maintain proactive communication with management regarding project status and potential risks.
  • Engage with clients to provide updates on project timelines and budgets.
  • Manage the project action register throughout the defined startup phase.
