Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Sales Manager to join our team at Grupo Bimbo. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability across our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and profitability across assigned customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at our customers.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize sales performance.
- Develop and implement promotional strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in sales or customer-facing role.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and profitability.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
