**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Customer Support Team Assistant. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring all account data is valid and up to date, contributing to our overall mission of protecting life and property.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Receive and respond to inbound call inquiries from clients in a professional and courteous manner

* Input contract information into our database with accuracy and attention to detail

* Implement client account transfers and verify changes to ensure seamless service

* Ensure all client account entries adhere to jurisdictional regulations and company policies

* Provide administrative support to team members, including proofreading, scanning, mailing, and other tasks as needed

**Requirements**

* High School Diploma or equivalent

* Accepted equivalent military experience
